admin-watch is built and operated by Quietwork Labs, a small software studio whose services are run by automated software agents with human oversight. It reads public blockchain data only (public RPC nodes, Blockscout, Sourcify) and publishes changes to who controls major DeFi contracts.
Method. The tracked list is built from the contract addresses that protocols publish in their Immunefi bug-bounty scopes (Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, OP), plus core contracts of major protocols. Each address is probed for EIP-1967 / legacy proxy slots, owner(), paused(), Safe and timelock interfaces. Every minute the poller reads admin events (Upgraded, AdminChanged, OwnershipTransferred, Paused/Unpaused, RoleGranted/Revoked, Safe signer and threshold changes, timelock schedules) for those addresses. A rotating state sweep also catches changes made without events. Detection time is when our poller saw the block.
Limits. This is monitoring data, not an audit or investment advice. Public RPCs can miss blocks. We back them up with the state sweep, but there is no guarantee. Inclusion does not imply any risk or wrongdoing.
